Andree was born in Chihuahua, Chihuahua Mexico and was brought up within El Paso, Texas. Her family is characterized by an entertainment gene. As a young girl growing up, she was around TV show hosts including her sister Karla Martinez (Host of Univision's Despierta America! In addition to her father Andrew Martinez, who is vice-president for Safety, Security, and Business Resiliency in Southern California Edison (SCE) One of the biggest electric utilities in the United States. Andrew Martinez, vice president for Safety, Security and Business Resiliency is one of the most important electric utilities in the US. SCE is a firm believer on safety of its employees along with business security and resilience. Martinez assists safety leaders in achieving goals for safety in the group by offering supervision and guidance for them, as well as quality safety training programs. Martinez's prior position was Director for Safety Training and Compliance, Transmission & Distribution. Before that, he worked as director for Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services at SCE. In Martinez's 30 years of service at SCE Martinez has held numerous leadership positions within the corrective actions programs as well as improvements in performance including roles at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station.
